Quality Assurance Specialist[Malaysia・Tokyo・Remote]

Peatix is looking for an English-speaking Quality Assurance Specialist located in Malaysia. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for testing new features and products of Peatix service to ensure the optimal customer experience as well as for documenting test reports and related specification contents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manually test and assure the quality of Peatix features on apps and web browsers.
  • Develop plans and scenarios to test new features and products.
  • Identify, analyze and report the issues, defects, errors, questionable functions, and inconsistencies as a process of QA.
  • Document the QA team standards and processes in the QA team manual backed with a deep understanding of the front-end experience and the back-end features of Peatix.
  • Assist with and take on responsibilities in projects related to improving customer experience.
  • Requirements (Must-Haves):

    • Minimum of 3 years of working experience
    • Experience in working with the web, mobile apps, or software-related environment.
    • Have a customer-centric perspective.
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
    • Well-balanced abilities to see the big picture and be detail-oriented.
    • Great communication skills to work in a team environment and strong ownership to independently work with minimal direction
    • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid changes
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

    • Experience in-app or web-based QA testing
