【Payment Process】
1．Payment Methods
The available payment methods are Credit Card (Visa/Master/JCB/AMEX/Discover/Diners Club/Paypal) payment or Convenience Store/ATM payment but can differ depending on the event. Please check on the event page and the ticket payment screen.

2．Payment period
（1）In case of Credit Card payment
After you have entered your Credit Card information in the Payment Screen, the payment and credit processing will be completed.

（2）In case of Convenience Store/ATM Payment
After you have ordered your ticket, you will receive a payment information email. Please pay before the payment deadline as stated in that email.

【Product Delivery Time】
After the payment process, the order confirmation email will be the completion of the ticket delivery process.

【About return and cancellation】
Based on the nature of the product, as a principle we do not accept returns or cancellations. Only in the following case, return/cancellation will be accepted:

In the case that the attendee contacts the event organizer before the event started with the return/cancellation request and the organizer grants the request.
*Convenience Store/ATM Payment fee (220 JPY) is not refundable.

Furthermore, if 50 days have passed since the Credit Card payment, or in the case of Convenience Store/ATM Payment, there will be a cancellation fee of 340 JPY per order. If you wish to return/cancel your order, please follow these instructions.

In addition, we will refund the full ticket price in the following case:

- In case the event gets canceled due to circumstances of the event organizer and the organizer cancels the event through our event cancellation procedure.

*Convenience Store/ATM Payment fee (220 JPY) is not refundable.
